Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to the online storefront of Hasan Minimart. By browsing our website, using our services, or purchasing products (including groceries, shelf-stable goods, and fresh meat items), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Availability, Weights, and Accuracy
-
Stock Availability: Hasan Minimart offers daily essential groceries and meat products. While we make every effort to maintain real-time stock levels on our website, item availability is subject to change without prior notice. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
-
Weighed Items (Meat & Fresh Goods): For items sold by weight (such as meat products, fresh produce, or bulk grains), the final price charged at checkout is based on the actual measured weight at the time of packing. We strictly adhere to Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act) provisions against short-weighing and deceptive practices.
-
Product Imagery: Packaging designs, labels, and product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen.
2. Pricing and Price Freezes
-
Tax Inclusion: All prices listed on the Hasan Minimart platform are final retail prices, displayed transparently, and are inclusive of Philippine Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed separately before final confirmation.
-
Compliance with the Price Act (RA 7581): Hasan Minimart complies with government-mandated price ceilings and automatic Price Freezes on basic necessities and prime commodities (such as rice, sugar, and cooking oil) if declared by local or national authorities due to an emergency or state of calamity in Metro Manila.
3. Delivery and Shipping Policy
We provide localized delivery services across Las Piñas City and surrounding designated areas.
-
Perishable Handling: Fresh meat and temperature-sensitive grocery items are stored, packed, and transported using appropriate thermal containment to ensure food safety.
-
Delivery Responsibility: You must ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the items. Risk of loss, damage, or spoilage passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
-
Unattended Deliveries: If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect address or was completely unresponsive, any perishable items (like fresh meat) that spoil as a result will remain the financial responsibility of the customer.
4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Our policy differentiates between perishable products (meat, fresh goods) and non-perishable groceries, aligned with Section 21 of the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).
-
Perishable Items (Meat & Fresh Food): Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, fresh meat and perishables cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective, spoiled, or incorrect at the exact time of delivery. Customers must inspect these goods immediately upon receipt and report anomalies on the spot.
-
Non-Perishable Groceries: For packaged goods (e.g., flour, spices, canned items), returns or exchanges are permitted within seven (7) days of delivery if the product is factory-defective, expired, or incorrect, provided it remains unopened and in its original retail packaging.
-
“No Return, No Exchange” Policy Exception: In line with DTI regulations, the phrase “No Return, No Exchange” is illegal if the item delivered is genuinely defective. We will replace or refund any verified defective item at zero additional cost to the buyer.
5. Payment Methods
To ensure secure and highly flexible checkout options, Hasan Minimart accepts the following:
-
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for verified local delivery addresses.
-

6. Statutory Mandates & Regulatory Compliance

In compliance with Philippine law, qualified Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are entitled to a 5% special discount on local online purchases of basic necessities and prime commodities up to a maximum statutory purchase cap per week.
