Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy differentiates between perishable products (meat, fresh goods) and non-perishable groceries, aligned with Section 21 of the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).

Perishable Items (Meat & Fresh Food): Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, fresh meat and perishables cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective, spoiled, or incorrect at the exact time of delivery. Customers must inspect these goods immediately upon receipt and report anomalies on the spot.

Non-Perishable Groceries: For packaged goods (e.g., flour, spices, canned items), returns or exchanges are permitted within seven (7) days of delivery if the product is factory-defective, expired, or incorrect, provided it remains unopened and in its original retail packaging.

“No Return, No Exchange” Policy Exception: In line with DTI regulations, the phrase “No Return, No Exchange” is illegal if the item delivered is genuinely defective. We will replace or refund any verified defective item at zero additional cost to the buyer.
