🚚 Delivery areas

• Fresh, frozen & bakery items: Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal.
• Dry groceries (rice, flour, spices, snacks, drinks…): nationwide.

💸 Delivery fees

We ship through third-party couriers such as Grab, Lalamove and MoveIt. The courier fee depends on distance and is paid by the buyer based on the courier’s rate. For nationwide orders we confirm the shipping fee after you order.

⏱️ Processing time

Orders placed during store hours (7:30 AM – 10:00 PM) are usually packed the same day. Orders paid by GCash / bank transfer are prepared once payment is confirmed.

🥩 Fresh meat handling

Fresh meat is cleaned, packed and kept chilled until pickup by the courier. Please refrigerate as soon as it arrives. Final packed weight may vary slightly for cut-to-order meat; we will confirm any difference with you before dispatch.

📝 Delivery instructions

Add your barangay, a nearby landmark and any gate or receiver details at checkout so the rider can find you quickly.

🏪 Store pickup

Choose Store pickup at checkout and collect your order at Times Commercial Building, Pamplona Tres, Las Piñas City — open 7 days, 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
